We completely understand these things happen! If you are unable to attend the event at your ticketed date/time due to an unexpected and unavoidable issue, Field of Light will offer a rebooking opportunity. Reschedules will be available up to 24 hours prior to your ticketed event entry date/time. Here are the instructions to reschedule your tickets.
- Log in to your Universe account at www.universe.com and head to the My Tickets page. If you did not create a Universe account upon purchase, you can create an account with the same email that you used upon purchase, and your purchases will automatically populate into the new account. - The My Tickets page will show the event information with the info for each ticket below it. Click on the "More" dropdown menu next to the event information, and click "Change Date."
- Select a date and time slot.
- Once you click "Confirm new date", Universe will send you an email with the updated ticket. Please make sure to use the updated ticket upon entry to the event.
